With only 14 players in the first half, the Titans managed to preserve their winning streak by defeating the Merryland Wolves 52 - 12 at Holroyd Park. Even though the Wolves had some sizeable units, it all came down to skill, fitness and fair play which sets the Titans apart from the rest of their competitors.
I would like to mention how proud we were to see Lachlan (who is our smallest player) stand back up after being knocked while on the ground by an unlawful tackle from one of Merrylands larger players. Evidently the opposing player thought he will get praised for a big hit but unfortunately it made the Titans come back stronger, finishing the game off with an extreme team effort.
