The Titans dominated and defeated the Hawkesbury side 31 - 14 in their first game of the season at Wills ground, the home of the Titans. The team dominated their opposition in both the backs and forwards with a result that shocked the visitors. "I'm sure they were confident to win this game as they came well prepared with plenty of reserves and supporters but unfortunately were no match for the Titans second strength team".
